Our company uses special equipment from Hexagon Digital Wave to perform ultrasonic testing on cylinders. This equipment is set up inside a custom-built trailer, which is taken to customer locations for testing.

Ultrasonic Testing Services
At each customer site, the cylinders are brought to our trailer on pallets using their forklifts. The operators from our company then load the cylinders into the equipment for testing. If the cylinders pass the test, we mark them with the date, our DOT number, and a symbol indicating ultrasonic testing.
Our testing team travels with the trailer to cover locations in Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, and Kentucky.
